B) Removing the filter body

11 Clean the area around the filter cover (1).

12 Remove the cover (1) by releasing the rear flap

(2) and take out the sponge filtering element (3).

13 To remove the filter body (5), loosen the screw

(7) fastening the governor system bracket and

the two screws (8), remembering that both these

screws also fasten the carburettor to the engine

block.

14 Disconnect the oil vapour circulation pipe (9).

Tightening torques

7 Governor bracket screw ...................... 6-8 Nm

8 Carburettor screw ................................ 6-8 Nm
